Job Description:
El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a se incorporará de forma temporal a la dirección de Recursos Humanos de Ferrovial Energía.
Funciones:
- Tramitación nuevas incorporaciones, contratos de trabajo y prórrogas.
- Gestión de la afiliación.
- Calculo de irpf, finiquitos y su pago.
- Preparación de certificados de empresa.
- Confección de partes de Accidente.
- Asesoramiento laboral a centros de trabajo.
- Atención a empleados.
- Aplicación de convenios colectivos.
- Elaboración y mantenimiento de calendarios laborales.
- Colaboración en auditorías internas, externas e inspecciones de trabajo.
- Reporting: costes, plantilla, encuestas, etc.
Requisitos:
- Titulación en Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo o Derecho, no descartándose otras titulaciones que cumplan con la experiencia requerida.
- Experiencia de al menos 4 años en funciones similares a las descritas.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés.
- Nivel alto en manejo del paquete Office.
- Experiencia con Contrat@ y Certific@.
- Conocimiento de SAP HR (Imprescindible).
- Conocimientos Workday - HCM, Absences y Compensation (Valorable).
