Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT applications specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of applications for various corporate areas, such as the Legal Advisory departments, Quality and Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Digital Area and Internal Communication, as well as other areas of the organization. The candidate will work closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end IT application implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the functional areas of the applications under their responsibility.
- Lead the maintenance of applications for various corporate areas, as well as the implementation of new functionalities and improvements.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure the resolution of technical issues and the optimal functioning of applications and integrations with other systems.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data managed by the systems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users, ensuring that needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Participate in the process of searching for solutions and applications based on user needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- At least 7 years of previous experience in managing IT application implementation and maintenance projects.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining applications in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Experience with applications developed in MS, WordPress, Appian, OneTrust, Workiva, or Archer is highly valued.
- Experience or knowledge of AI and process automation is highly valued.
- Advanced level of English, minimum C1.
